The SG-688 is equipped with 10 department and 200 PLU memory. The lockable cash drawer houses 4 note holder and 5 coin slots, the coin compartment is removable to give access to the media slot in the front of drawer. One handly function contained in this unit is the calculater mode which allows the SG-688 to make calculations without committing them to a transaction. Another one of its great features is the easy programme on the fly. Various reports available included, full dept. and transaction reports. PLU daily and periodical, daily hourly, individual clerk, in drawer, traning, department group, cash declaration and PLU dept report. The SG-688 can also be set to password protect the electronic mode switch restricting access to the various modes.
